Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
We always have to chase up for maintenance issues. Very unprofessional.
Surely they could impose a system that makes sure all maintenance issues are carried out from start to finish.
My experience with Dexters has been pleasant. Ever S nice Jada had taken over the management responsibilities of my property, all issues were being addressed with utmost care and promptly. She is on the ground the moment we raise an issue or concern in relation to property. She has taken the effort to personally visit and inspect the issue and bring it to a resolution in no matter of time.

Since moving into a new rental property in recent weeks Caitlin and Donalina from the team have been very responsive and proactive in getting in the contractors to assess works needed. Looking forward to hopefully resolving issues speedily from here!
I used a local agent in London for many years to rent my property. They were responsive, helpful, and I always knew who to speak to in case of any issues. Then Dexters took over. I have a rent collection issue (which they do on my behalf), and no contact from them despite numerous calls and emails. In the meantime I'm missing a third of my rent.
Update on 5 Jan: Despite the response below I never did hear from the area director. I am now short two months of rent, I've been asking for evidence of referencing on tenants since 16th December for insurance purposes with no answer but many non responses. I've also found out that I am an not easily able to take action against my tenants for non payment of rent due to the contract that I am tied into thanks to Dexters, something they failed to make clear up front.
I don't normally write reviews, but I have a new property manager, Joanne. I'm very pleased with her management of my property. She is very professional and takes personal ownership with matters as they arise. More importantly, she is excellent with my tenants and supportive to me providing pragmatic advice and cost effective solutions.
Paul Ford is a pleasure to work with and also answers my queries in a timely fashion. I always know what to expect next and I never have to ask twice. I would highly recommend using dexters as a letting and managing agent.
