Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Since Natasha took over, we've never had to wait too long for any issues to be fixed/solved, at the very least, she lets us know what's going on and when we can expect some movement. She has managed the renovation of our kitchen and our contract renewals with minimum fuss. Her communication is great._

We have had a mix experience with dexters over the past 1.5 years. In the beginning of the contract, their support was very slow and it was difficult to get basic things done.
For the past 9 months, our point of contact at dexters Bryan Norton Crail from property management has been a game changer for us, he is in constant touch with us about specific issues happening in the flat and trying to get things done as quick and efficient as possible. We appreciate the help and support that we are getting from Bryan and from Dexters now.
Lee Porter is amazing, she has helped me with all my requests. She is professional, empathetic and thorough. I am happy to have Lee in my corner when it comes to day to day management/maintenance of the property.
