Landlords Avoid!
I used a local agent in London for many years to rent my property. They were responsive, helpful, and I always knew who to speak to in case of any issues. Then Dexters took over. I have a rent collection issue (which they do on my behalf), and no contact from them despite numerous calls and emails. In the meantime I'm missing a third of my rent. Update on 5 Jan: Despite the response below I never did hear from the area director. I am now short two months of rent, I've been asking for evidence of referencing on tenants since 16th December for insurance purposes with no answer but many non responses. I've also found out that I am an not easily able to take action against my tenants for non payment of rent due to the contract that I am tied into thanks to Dexters, something they failed to make clear up front.
