Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
We recently exchanged contracts on a transaction. The agent was Alistair Maclean. He was great throughout with chasing all parties to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion. This transaction involved a slow management company and Alistair assisted in chasing until we received all required responses.
Dexters was super helpful with my move out. I have heard a lot of horror stories and am please to say i did not have any such experience.
My contact was Elisabeth Blair from the Hampton Branch, very pleasant to talk to, with a solution to every problem. When i had issued with a last minute cancellation by a cleaning company called Surrey Clean Queens, Elisabeth got me a cleaning company on the last date of tenancy within a matter of minutes.
Truly thankful for making this as smooth at it could be, would recommend Dexters a hundred percent!

Terrible Experience with Dexter Ealing House Viewing Service - Avoid at All Costs!
I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Dexter House Viewing Service in London, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about their incompetence and lack of professionalism. I strongly advise potential clients to steer clear of this service.
My appointment was originally scheduled for 5:30 PM, the agent called me in the afternoon and requested that we meet earlier, at 5:15 PM. I arrived promptly at 5:10 PM, only to find myself caught in a downpour with no nearby shelter available. I had to endure the rain until 5:25 PM when the agent finally called and informed me that she needed an additional 10 minutes. My companion and I had to resort to renting a zip car to seek refuge from the rain. To make matters worse, the agent arrived at 5:50 PM, a staggering 35 minutes late!
When I expressed my dissatisfaction and inconvenience caused by the delay, the agent showed no remorse or willingness to make amends. She callously stated that there was nothing she could do to waive the cost of the zip car, further highlighting the company's lack of accountability and customer care.
Our appointment was scheduled to view a total of five properties. The agent did provide all properties address and detailed in our email communication. However, from the very beginning, it was evident that the agent had little regard for our requirements. She first brought us to a one-bedroom flat, despite our explicit request for a two-bedroom unit. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she attempted to convince us that the living room was spacious enough to compensate for the lack of an additional bedroom. This blatant disregard for our preferences was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Reluctantly, we proceeded to the next property, which required an 18-minute drive. To our utter disbelief, the agent struggled for more than 10 minutes to open the door, fumbling with numerous keys to no avail. Eventually, she admitted defeat and apologized, claiming that this was the last property available for viewing. We were astounded that after enduring the delays and the agent's lack of professionalism, we were only able to view one flat, and to make matters worse, it wasn't even the type of property we were interested in. The agent claimed that “because the rental market is very hot”.
Overall, my experience with Dexter House Viewing Service was a complete nightmare. Their lack of punctuality, disregard for client requirements, and failure to take responsibility for their mistakes demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I strongly urge anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere for a reliable and competent house viewing service in London.
The property management team responded very slowly, no updates and very little progress is made. Issues are dragging on and takes forever to be solved.
When we first moved in our balcony lock was broken and it took in total 5 months to solved. The property was also very dirty and bugs were found.
We were also left without hot water for 2 weeks which could have been solved much quicker if the team is more responsible.
They takes a lot of time to get things solved even though they always promised to do it asap. We dont find the service reliable at all.
I have used Dexters property management for a number of years on one of my properties and would recommend highly. You do hear so many horror stories from friends of unethical agencies and crippling expenses, but Dexters differs.
The communication from my Property Manager, Louis Preston has been great and service over the past 2 years has flown.
Dealing with Dexters was organized,we always referred to Petros Giorganios(Senior property Manager) who was very kind and helpful.
He always responded to our calls and took it immediately into consideration and to give us the best service
Terrible. The team are not to be trusted. They rent out privately before properties are online and require you to decide on viewing/offering via their verbal description by phone. Avoid.
George Caldera represented the sale of our property and was very helpful, informative, and efficient throughout the whole process. You could always get hold of him on the phone and if he wasn't available, he always called back.
