Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

He harassed us to let people do some works and we found out that they have been using utilities and had us pay for it. Hundreds of pounds...
He just kept ignoring phone calls and emails and randomly replying to say that he is discussing with the company to get us paid back.
I wouldn't trust dexters agents. They will lie to you and make you believe that you're having a good deal (e.g. asking to not discuss rent with neighbours, which I did obviously and literally had a group chat) then harass you to leave them a review on-line. SMH.
And if the review is not positive, they will try to get it removed!
Awful experience with Dexters, in particular with the Chiswick branch. Since day 1 moving into a rental property managed by Dexters, we’ve had countless issues that they have taken ages to resolve, some of them still unresolved. The property was dirty with terribly stained toilets and mould in the fridge and a dishwasher covered in black mould. Showers don’t work, heating doesn’t work, there’s a leak in the kitchen tap, not even the mailbox had a key nor could be closed. I’ve had to chase them time and time again to get issues resolved, yet they take weeks before doing anything, and have refused to replace the dishwasher. 4 months later we are still having to chase to get issues resolved that we reported on our moving day. We absolutely do not recommend letting a property that is managed by Dexters, they will take your money and do nothing to resolve your issues.

Very satisfied in overall with the supervision of our property by Petros Giorganios, whenever there’s a repair to be made or any issues with the property, he makes us feel valuable and looked after.

Had a very good experience finding a property to rent with Kate Stevens. She made the experience of finding a new flat and moving very smooth. I cannot recommend her enough and will be going back to her in the future.
Once moved into the flat she continued to help with a few minor faults that needed fixing along with Nabeel Khan. They both were very helpful and got the minor faults fixed very quickly. Great service.
Dexters tried to sell a flat for me. The branch manager won my business by proposing a high valuation which in the end turned out to be unrealistic. However, I then received an offer quickly and accepted it. Then, in spite of my doubts about the buyer and several conversations with the guy at Dexters who was supposed to chase the buyer, 6 months later the buyer pulled out. Dexters put the flat back on the market and claimed to have found buyers who turned out to be false leads. After 10 months I gave up and used another, more realistic agent who isn't with a large chain of pushy salespeople. He gave good advice about pricing (and then about reducing the price), got an offer and has now taken the sale to completion. This positive experience has made me realise what a mistake it was to use Dexters in the first place.
Friendly and polite service from our building manager and their colleagues. The contractors that get sent out can be hit or miss but the Dexter team is great.
First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.
I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.
But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.
