Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Great team always promptbto sort problem's out!

We have been renting with Dexters for over a year now and we are super happy with the team overall but especially Monika our senior property manager has been great since day one. Always communicating through of any relevant updates and sorting things out as soon as possible! Very happy indeed!

POOR SERVICE & LACK Of COMMUNICATION

Dexters Maida Vale Branch My gf and I are looking for flat within maida vale and we would like stay in the area as we currently live here. We have been on endless calls with these people all amounting to nothing. They set up a viewing, we turned up and just as we called to find out about why they were late, we were told that the property has been rented yet this same property is still advertised as before. No notice was given to us. We also inquired about a property in our block, but we were given an excuse that they can't gain access. My partner called to enquire about another property right across from our block but there's always an excuse yet you see the same being advertised. All we get is 'we will get back to you' but they never do. I sense Bias!!! . We will take our custom elsewhere.

Petros Giorganios - new contact in Dexters makes a great difference

I have been working with Dexters many times of the years, with frequent changes of contact people it's sometimes hard to find the right person to speak to. But since I have been assigned Petros Giorganios, I really noticed a change in communication frequency, check-ins by the agency and Petros and that makes a massive difference. Personally wanted to leave a note on here to advocate for him especially since I'm having such a great communication with him. Always aims to have any and all issues fixed as a priority and follow's up with important questions. Really happy.

Extremely Disappointed by Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service

Review for Willia m and Dexters I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Willia m and Dexters. After scheduling a viewing for Landor Roa d, Stockwell, London, SW9 for Friday, 07/03 at 15:00, I was left extremely frustrated. I spent over an hour preparing and arriving for the viewing, only to later discover that the current tenants had denied access. However, what truly added to my frustration was the complete lack of communication from the agent or the agency regarding this change. Neither Willia m nor anyone else from the agency bothered to inform me beforehand that the viewing had been cancelled. I was left waiting and unaware of the situation, which shows a total disregard for potential tenants who are genuinely interested in the property. Such poor communication is unprofessional and reflects badly on the agency’s overall service. It’s one thing to have a viewing cancelled, but it’s another to have no one from the agency take the responsibility to notify you. I strongly recommend that the agency improve its communication practices to avoid wasting people’s time in the future.
