Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

I want to thank Zhora Barreira, director of the Dexters estate agency at the Shoreditch office. She helped me through the deposit dispute with a tenant, and we won this case!! We believed the tenant left without the correct notice, which breached the signed agreement, and we faced too many headaches with a problematic tenant. Zhora is very helpful and excellent in providing service and communicating with all parties. This is a review for Monika Piszczyk, not Dexters as a company. Monika has been managing our property for 2 years now and she is the most friendly, timely and approachable property agent I have met. She is prompt with repairs, flexible and will always follow any job until it is completed. I couldn't recommend her more. She is an asset to Dexters.

During some ongoing works at our rental property our property manager Sacha (Lewisham) was responsive, supportive, and professional. She kept us regularly updated and was always quick to respond to queries; she was also incredibly helpful in liaising with our landlord. While the works took far longer to be completed than anticipated - for reasons relating to insurance - they were eventually completed to a good standard and Sacha was an excellent point of contact throughout.

Keiandra Kelly, Property Manager for Dexter’s is an amazing example of a property manager. I had have several issues with my property, and she went above and beyond trying to get it resolved (and not typical letting agents bluff!) I had decided later to move out of my apartment and she was nothing but helpful and attentive. Great asset to dexters

Donna, Jacob and Hannah (in the Teddington office) sold our maisonette earlier this year, and my wife and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service. After the initial valuation, we had 2 viewings before our property even went on the market (or Rightmove) with more scheduled for the following week. Both buyers who viewed week 1 made asking-price offers, and we ended up selling for over-asking within a week of being on the market. I’ll admit to being sceptical of the “we have buyers ready and waiting for a flat like yours” line, but it appears they were spot-on. The team were also instrumental in helping us secure our onward purchase (and through a rather difficult negotiation) providing a comprehensive service. All three of the agents named above went out of their way to help us, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others in the future. The Dexters team in Teddington are absolutely first class. Easy 5 stars.

Been working with Dexters Lewisham for a couple of months now and they were very helpful in finding a tenant and very attentive when there was an issue. Ashley have been very helpful since the beginning. He and Joseph helped us by finding good tenants. Ryan and Manuela from property management were also very supportive, helping me with the booking of appointments but also sending monthly reminders whenever the tenants pay the rent so I can keep track.
