Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
As a landlord letting through Dexters in Twickenham and Teddington for close to 30 years (I think I must have been one of their first landlords) they have been very impressive. They collect rent for me only but have been great with advice and assistance over time.
I don’t like their new rental statements though. The font is too small for my printer. I doubt my accountant will be able to read them either. Hopefully management will take note of this.
Still happy to give 5 stars though as their Twickenham and Teddington staff are great.

The Rebeka in their office has been very responsive to our problems since we moved in. She is attentive and would follow up on the issues until they are solved and item fixed. She would explain to us why the matter could not be immediate handled. We are happy with her service.
Excellent customer service provided by Robert Danbury in the Property Management Team. He has been proactive to complete an inspection of my property and identify an unreported issue which could have caused considerable damage if it hadn’t been identified when it was.
Leighton has been responsive to my request for help with an issue in the property. As a tenant in London you can often feel unsupported and concerned about raising any issues. It has been helpful to speak with a member of the team who has taken my concerns seriously and tried to find a solution.
