I want to thank Zhora Barreira, director of the Dexters estate agency at the Shoreditch office. She helped me through the deposit dispute with a tenant, and we won this case!! We believed the tenant left without the correct notice, which breached the signed agreement, and we faced too many headaches with a problematic tenant.
