Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
Great overall, but Bally was particularly fantastic!
Great management from whole Surbiton team throughout the tenancy, but Bally Kalsi (in the property management team) was particularly fantastic during a very difficult time more recently! The problem was a leak into the flat due to negligence on behalf of another estate agent service. Bally was consistently professional, responsive and compassionate throughout the entire situation, which was incredibly stressful due to various factors, including hostile, belated communication from the other agency. Bally worked hard to help me negotiate the situation, often taking on the load of correspondence with the agency and other key parties, which I was very grateful for given the circumstances (including complications with my own health). I am much appreciative of her help and thought the service she offered was outstanding.
I’ve had a great experience with Petros as my property manager. He’s always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything runs smoothly. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and communication has been excellent throughout.
Been in the apartment since Sept last year I won’t lie there where some issues that got me angry I.e Mould, the house heaters , where to mount my bike to name but a few but am happy to say that from the moment I got in touch with Poppy he really made sure that all the issues are sorted out, he is prompt in answering emails and following up. Latest was the fridge issue I had to send him mail to thank him for the effort. I thought I should put my appreciation here.

I was originally very happy with Dexters but now I am anything but.
We have been bullied and harassed by the two people up stairs for almost 3 years, who have lodged complaints about us for things we have not done. Dexters have consistantly phoned or emailed us about the complaints but given us no opportunity to show evidence, which we know we can get, to prove our innocence. We have literally done nothing wrong. Now the landlord is evicting us based on the lies the couple up stairs. And we found out why. The landlord and the couple work together so NOTHING we would say or any evidence we show would ever be looked at or respected and Dexters knew this. We have been bullied by both and I am a disabled woman, with critical illnesses. I was due a very big operation in June which I am having to cancel due to being evicted so I could now die as a result.
I am devastated by Dexters and the way we have been treated. We have always been good tenants. We have always paid rent on time and had no issues with anyone over the last 12 years until now. We have Never put a foot wrong.
This was Dexters Surbiton. I am currently trying to source legal action and writing to papers and TV channels about this. I am so upset and angry at the way this has been handled and the behaviours of all parties involved, unprofessional and disappointing.
We've had a great experience with Dexters so far. Tariq Hussain from the Canary Wharf Property Management team has been exceptional. We had a few minor issues when we moved in, but Tariq handled everything quickly and efficiently. It's reassuring to have such a reliable and responsive property manager. Highly recommend!
