Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Worst landlord - go to benham and reeves or sallvis instead

Heat was broken when we moved in along with microwave and dishwasher - wouldn’t let us break our lease even though we were within the unwind time period (under 30 days). Biggest mistake was agreeing to stay and pay rent during that time. Our heat and cooling are broken again and it’s been a month and still not fixed. Because it’s summer they said they don’t have to do because cooling isn’t mandatory - even though we only rented this flat because it had cooling and still have to pay the standing charges (the energy provider won’t let me disconnect it) so ya they are an absolute joy to work with and I would never recommend them to anyone

Dominic Glover - Dexters Property Management Problem Solving

I cannot speak highly enough of the professional, effective and efficient work done by Dominic Glover - Property Manager at Dexters in handling a recent situation involving a potential non-payment of rent on a property owned by ourselves and managed by Dexters. Dominic from the outset was clear in his communication, timely and made a point of ensuring we were kept up to date and informed of the management and progress of the issue, whilst also maintaining and ensuring the routine day to day management of the property was not compromised. I genuinely believe Dominic's pro-active, respectful and fair approach, together with his blend of professionalism, care and attention to detail helped resolve the matter swiftly and without escalation, despite having to deal with communication challenges with tenants. From my experience I highly recommend both Dominic and Dexter's Team for any Landlord looking for effective property letting management.

Regretting sign the contract

The move-in process was smooth — until it wasn’t. I moved into a flat in the North West London this month, which is managed by Dexters. Since day one, cannabis and cigarette smoke from neighboring tenants has regularly swept into my flat due to poor ventilation in the communal corridor. (Even my laundry has started to absorb the smoke — the smell is so strong and persistent, it’s as if I’ve been living in unsanitary conditions) Despite raising this issue multiple times with the management team, no meaningful action has been taken. The situation has only escalated — the smoke is now so persistent that it’s affecting my health and making the flat unlivable. This experience has shown a clear failure in property management responsibilities, including a lack of tenant vetting and disregard for residents’ wellbeing and environmental health. If you’re considering signing a tenancy through Dexters, I strongly recommend you first ensure that the management team is responsive, accountable, and capable of supporting tenants when issues like this arise. Hope you won’t be regretting signing the contract with them like me as moving around London is indeed a pain.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Kazim enough! He manages my property and recently helped me with a persistent leak coming from the upstairs neighbors. From start to finish, Kazim was fast, educated, and incredibly respectful. What really stood out was his constant communication — he kept me updated every step of the way and never gave up until the issue was fully resolved. His calm and reassuring approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Truly a professional you can trust!
