Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

As first impressions go, Sacha from Dexters has been absolutely brilliant. I personally don’t rent with Dexters however a friend does and every interaction we've had with her has been super friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth. She’s been clear, informative, and just really easy to talk to which isn’t always the case with estate agents! Sacha is an asset to the company.It’s honestly been a breath of fresh air, and she’s definitely left me with a positive view of the company and I felt the need to share.

My property has been well managed since moving over to Dexters, especially as the building exterior is undergoing renovations which has required coordination between my tenant, the building manager and myself.
