The engineer was very helpful and open…

The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Super friendly, helpful staff

Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. They went beyond what was expected at a very busy time of year to ensure the installation was carried out as soon as was possible. They are a lovely company to deal with.

Impressive after sales service

I can't recommend Nik and the team highly enough. Their installation service was first rate. Just as importantly, their follow up care is extremely impressive. Twice recently I have had to call on them (neither case was their fault) and both times they followed up with a site visit within 24 hours to fix the problem in one case and offer advice in the other. It is unusual these days to get such excellent after sales service.

Great! Couldn't really improve

Very helpful. Quick response on the phone. Honest timescale then a cancellation so we got it early. Courtesy call when they said. Guy came in time. Obviously very knowledgeable about local transmitters and fixed problem very quickly. What more can you ask for?

23rd December 2022 Wonderful company, cannot believe we got our TV up and running so close to Christmas. Just moved into our new home, couldn't get our TV set-up. Richard, you made our day. Would recommend them everytime. Thank you.
