The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Exceptional Service
Nick provided an exceptional service when we needed TVs mounted on our walls. He was consultative throughout the appointment and was keen to ensure we were aligned with the placements before he carried out the work. I would strongly recommend their services to a friend!

Excellent service from this company
Excellent service from this company, having received extremely poor service from the supplier of a new tv (large well known department store) we contacted Digital Direct to wall mount our tv, they saved us £240 compared to the dept store. The fitter was extremely helpful and did a great job.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, engineer was great, talked through different options with me and at no point did I feel like I was being sold anything I didn't want or need. Price agreed up front, which I thought was very reasonable, and work completed on the day. Nice tidy job and cleaned up after himself too. Absolutely cannot fault DD Aerials

Our aerial snapped due to age and exposure. Elaine dealt with our request carefully. It was a bleak, cold, and drizzly day but David arrived before time and was both professional and cheerful. We will recommend the company, if asked, with confidence.
