The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Old aerial and booster replaced well
The old aerial that had blown down was replaced with a much neater version and in a much safer place. The only reason it wasn't done on the day was because there was another gale. The booster also needed replacing and that was also done well, especially since it was difficult to get to as it was in the hot water tank cupboard. Everything was done really well and neatly and I had confidence that he knew what he was talking about and doing. Would recommend this company. The cost wasn't excessive either.
