The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

We have had a problem for months with our tv reception, and my husband called Digital Direct Aerials Ltd. The receptionist called to confirm the appointment and also told us the name of the person coming to do the job. He also called us to ask if he could come earlier, as he had finished his previous job. He arrived on time and sorted everything out for us, also repaired wiring which had been cut during roof replacement. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I wish we had called sooner.

From my lovely phone call from the office (ladies name escapes me!) and our giggle about my wonky aerial, to the prompt arrival of the engineer as directed and my aerial fixed in 10 mins, brilliant service. Was promised a phone call back, which was received and able to attend within a matter of days. After trying several other companies who were all to busy until the summer, I knew my job was a small fix, so really grateful for a quick visit. Engineer was prompt, efficient and professional, thank you.

I found these guys on Google and trusted the reviews. The Entire team was professional. They answered the call quickly and have had appointments available that suited. They answered every question I had over the phone. On the day of installation, the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommending them and 5 star is what they deserve.

Dave and his colleague were very prompt, arriving as agreed at 8am (time for arrival 0800-0900) they were efficient and quick workers. We live in an old building converted into flats and it was a challenge finding out which Sky dish was whos on the roof. Dave was quickly able to locate and update our dish, they tested the signal before leaving with everything done in about an hour. Sky came that afternoon and without any problems managed to connect our Sky Q. Everything went really smoothly (for once!)

Rang Friday morning spoke to a lovely lady Explained my situation with my 89 year old mother Arranged for a call out in Monday until I asked for same day due to circumstances The lovely lady said awww I will put on top of puke and if we have an engineer free later she would send him out True to her word a engineer arrived Friday afternoon EXCELLENT service would definitely recommend
