The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Replacement LNB
I was introduced to DD Aerials by my very good friend Simon Tudor. I called on a Monday, and they arranged to call to do a survey on Wednesday. I was called on Tuesday asking if they could call today, as a job had finished early. The survey was completed, and I received a quote for the work that afternoon. On Wednesday morning I accepted the quote and they arranged to visit on Wednesday afternoon and Andy completed the job. (An upgrade to a wideband LNB so that I could record up to four programmes on my freesat box). The job was completed within the hour, to our complete satisfaction, and I am like a boy with a new toy, so happy. Thank you Andy, and the rest of the team for a job well done. Happy to recommend!!
