The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Digital Direct was recommended to me by another company and I am pleased to say that from my first contact they have been very helpful and professional. I needed an aerial point re-located and they were able to find a solution that did not create any problems with my living room decoration. Very polite, friendly team and no mess left for me to clear up! Will be using them again.

DADA do a very good job
DADA do a very good job. Richard the engineer was very cheerful, helpful and efficient. Richard tested all the tv points first, showed me the readings and traces on his test equipment and explained the results. He gave me best and worse scenarios with the associated costs and I agreed with his diagnosis and he set to work. Everything was completed and tested with excellent results. Very pleased with the service and Richard was great, he even coped with my amorous dog!

65” wall install
Visited promptly and quoted to fit 65” on wall including hidden cabling. I went ahead with install and was very happy with an excellent job. The installation guy, Rich I think (apologies), was easy to chat with and customer focused. The only slight drawback was that I had to arrange a sparky myself to sort the power socket as they dont deal with or sub-out the electrical work but the main work was excellent. Would recommend to friends and family.

Fast and professional service
Fast and professional service, requested a call in the morning via the website the night before as our aerial had broken on the roof, received a call first thing in the morning and Richard arrived before 10. All sorted by lunchtime. Thank you😊
