The engineer was very helpful and open…

The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Highly Recommend.

I left a message for Digit Direct Aerials on Sunday, by the next morning they had called me back. I explained what I needed, and an appointment was made for me on Tuesday morning. Richard the aerial fitter arrived, he was soon able to get us sorted, and within a short time our television was up and running. Excellent customer service and good price. Well done Digital Direct Aerials!😊

Very friendly service both on the phone…

Very friendly service both on the phone and in person. Quickly identified the problem with the aerial and had all the equipment on hand to fix the problem. Additionally fixed my slightly dodgy attic ladder while he was up there. Great stuff.

Another Quality Job

Reliable, helpful and friendly

From the first contact, Digital Direct Aerials were brilliant. I was contacted as promised by a very helpful and friendly lady from the sales team. The day and time was arranged for Richard Simmonds to fit our new aerial. Richard arrived on time, he was friendly courteous and professional and gave us good advice. His work was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend DDA.
