The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Excellent company, highly recommend
Called on Monday, Richard came on Thursday (they would have visited earlier but i couldn't fit it in). Excellent service, Richard advised us what was best to do as we are cancelling sky, checked the aerial, all the sockets, fitted new 'thingy' in loft, checked and reinstalled freeview channels on both tvs. Very friendly. Big thank you... would highly recommend ..

This was a highly professional installation. Our engineer checked understanding of our requirements on arrival, undertook an investigation, recommended a solution, installed it and tested it fully. He checked back with us at each stage before proceeding further. Our reception is transformed. Could not be more impressed.

We recently moved into a new home
We recently moved into a new home, and were confused about how to get our four televisions set up and working. We also needed three of them to be mounted on the wall. Richard did all this for us in a morning, patiently explaining how to work them. As well as being technically competent , Richard is a nice guy. The company was very efficient in arranging the appointment. Highly recommended.
