The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

First class service !
From the first point of contact the service was prompt and efficient. The engineer telephoned me to say he was on his way and gave me an ETA. He quickley assessed the problem and did the necessary repairs after giving me a price which I thought was very reasonable. The repair was done in less than 24 hours.I would have no hesitation in recomending this Company.

Problems with Sky reception
Sky had installed the dish just above the ground floor flat roof and nearby tree foliage was affecting the signal after 20 years of growth. The dish had also become out of alignment, but we elected to have it moved further up the wall. Signal is now fine, so no more missed soaps!

I called for an engineer as my TV…
I called for an engineer as my TV viewing was almost non-existent! Too many cables and aerials that didn’t work properly. Ben came out, assessed the situation, made recommendations and when I gave him the go ahead he proceeded with the work in a professional and thorough way. I am delighted, I now have a TV that can provide the channels I want and for a reasonable price. From start (my initial call to Elaine) to finish (Ben coming out and completing the work) it was a painless service. Thank you. Molly
