The engineer was very helpful and open…

The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Fabulous attentive service

We have used Digital Direct before and received excellent service and once again during this visit the service was, once again, excellent. Richard listened to the problem that we had and solved the issue with the minimum of fuss not to mention in a friendly and professional manner. He also priced the job so we knew exactly what we needed to pay. From start to finish our experience with Digital Direct could not be faulted and we therefore have no hesitation in recommending them. Ben was really helpful and even tidied up after himself. The job itself is spot on. He installed the TV on the wall and sound bar and set up everything for virtual meetings. All cabling is tidy. Would definitely use again.

Friendly helpful and efficient company

Friendly helpful and efficient company. Gave us a date for a visit but rang day before to say they had an engineer in the area who could come that afternoon. Engineer Ben most helpful, diagnosed fault not with the aerial but tv socket outlet. Fitted a new one to solve the problem. Reasonable cost. Would recommend and use again.
