The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Great service!
I chose DD Aerials because of the great reviews online, I wasn't left disappointed. Great customer service from the the administration team who kept me informed and Ben who came and mounted an 85 inch TV to my living room wall. Very happy!

Excellent response to initial telephone call. Engineer called prior to advising us by phone of approximate arrival time. Friendly engineer who completed installation entirely to satisfaction. Having used this organisation now three times, the excellent service never varies. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great Service
The company called me after I had gone through checkatrade. I had already arranged an appointment with one company who subsequently didn't turn up & the second wanted to charge me £180 for something that costs £20 at the very most. I called Digital Direct back & an appointment was made. I was called to confirm the appointment prior & they even managed to get me in a day earlier than originally planned. The engineer was on time, courteous & cleaned up after himself. It was half the price of what the previous company had quoted & the work/aerial came with a guarantee. I would recommend & use them again if needed.

Fantastic 5 Star Service
It was easy to enquire through the website and the follow up call I promptly received to make a booking was great, such friendly and attentive staff. I got a call ahead of the booked visit letting me know they were on their way and I met another friendly member of the team. They were keen to ensure no damage was done to any property asking both my neighbour and I to move our cars. They completed the job promptly, nothing was too much trouble despite it only being a small job. I couldn't have been happier with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend!
