It was easy to order through the website and I was contacted quickly to arrange delivery. The delivery provided used was dissapointing and I've had to raise a complaint due to damage caused to my property as a result of the delivery. I was in contact with Charlies regarding a minor fault with my item, via Whatsapp it took an inordinate amount of time to get a response and the person who initially responded just didn't seem to have read my message properly. It was later picked up again and I'm still in the process of resolving.

Fantastic 5 Star Service

It was easy to enquire through the website and the follow up call I promptly received to make a booking was great, such friendly and attentive staff. I got a call ahead of the booked visit letting me know they were on their way and I met another friendly member of the team. They were keen to ensure no damage was done to any property asking both my neighbour and I to move our cars. They completed the job promptly, nothing was too much trouble despite it only being a small job. I couldn't have been happier with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend!
