I have been a aviation geek since I was five years old but I started getting into fights in the 90s but because of my budget and I had a new family my flights and kept stuttering and crashing so I gave up and change the console and being a council gamer ever since to now Until 2020 when Microsoft said do it release their flight Sim on the Xbox so that’s what I done, but again I got frustrated because of a limitations of Xbox and I always wanted to get back into PC gaming with flight Sim so now I get the chance to buy a PC I took it customise the PC and that arrived yesterday Donna 18 hour stress test on that and they kept cooler than me. No issues with the flights in and a steady 64 to 73 per second so I would recommend anybody buying from you guys if anyone asked me where they should buy a PC thanks a lot guys

Great shopping experience from start to finish

The company is fantastic. Solid build and well packaged. Performs excellently and worth the money. Only 2 downsides, one is the delivery firm was terrible and did not look after my package the 2nd is a fan pump cable looks to be in the wrong port otherwise it's perfect.

Absolutely outstanding PC builds for any price range and so quick at dispatching.

It would of been 5 star but my parcel has been delayed after paying extra to get a early next day delivery slot now I have to wait an extra day to receive my pc - apart from this the process of picking my prebuilt pc was straight forward and I have been kept up to date throughout the process depending on if there is any issues with my build I’ll change my review to 4 star or 2 star.

Excellent customer service, Dave answered all my questions, and helped me organise my old PC collection.

Easy to order and recieved in good time. Regular updates from courier. PC is in a clean state and no issues initially encountered. Just one issue where we hadn't received the WiFi USB but this was all rectified by customer services and one sent out.

I found CyberPowerPC UK through PC World as they didn't have what I wanted. The experience of picking my basic Gaming PC and then choosing add ons that were relevant to me was brilliant. The overall experience from choosing, paying and then receiving the PC was faultless. Packaging and protection made sure the PC arrived as it should. The PC was very easy to set up and looks great. Overall cost seems cheaper than if I bought an off the shelf model and it just does the job brilliantly. Would highly recommend and will be back when I need another in several years.

Fantastic custom build AMD machine, well put together with good cable management. Paid the small fee for the professional wiring service so would expect so :-) Requested specific fan set up which was done exactly as requested, paid for the fast track 5 day and it was built and arrived a day earlier than expected. Runs like a dream!

Pc super clean looking and performance is super good. If you are a first time pc gamer and looking for a kick this is the one

My earlier review was 4 stars - it's now an easy 5. Nobody's perfect all the time; when I received my PC recently it had not quite been set up as per my instructions and I wrote a review saying this. The company's representative almost instantly responded to me (with warmth and humour) asking how they could make things right. He offered a replacement or for me to send it back for a re-fit, but in the end he gave me advice as to how I could fix it myself, and so I did. The commitment to customer service is second to nobody. These are people who truly care and are passionate baout what they do. Nobody is perfect 100% of the time and I felt a real willingness to bend over backwards if necessary to make it better.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Unmatched in what they can do, I had a small problem with my order and they fixed it next day. Would recommend for anyone.

It was really simple and well made so I knew what I was buying and how much it was. Im glad to be getting a new PC from here. If I need another then ill likely come back

I am over the moon with my new gaming PC, it is powerful and so quiet and reliable, and the customer service is second to none, many thanks to Ryan for helping me decide what I needed and to Jacob for his patience when I was not sure what to do, thats putting it mildly, he was a star! ie: "what cable are you using" my answer "A black one"! Really great customer service. Ryan helped me out about my lack of antenna and offered replacement parts as soon as possible. PC works perfectly as well, would buy again!

Just a all round professional service.

First time CyberPower PC customer and I chose them for my custom built PC after looking at reviews online. I contacted customer support with my requirements and I received a prompt reply and custom build details within 24 hours. PC arrived slightly earlier than quoted, so that was a bonus. I’m really happy with the spec and build, runs zbrush smoothly, no crashing (like had on my old pc) and is much faster at renders etc. I had a small issue with the fan hub which was resolved quickly and customer support have been very helpful throughout. Would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

CyberpowerUKs website is great at keeping you informed regarding the process of your PC Build. The PC I ordered was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date and I am really pleased with how the PC looks and runs. This is my 4th purchase from CyberpowerUK and will have no problems getting my next upgrade from them in the future.
