So over the years, i have always dabbled in building my own PC this is the first time I have bought from a reputable brand such as CyberPowerPC UK. From purchase to delivery, everything was communicated. I had a few teething issues with my pc but a few phone calls with the tech guys at CyberPower helped me sort them quickly. I am blown away with my new system. I won't think twice again about purchasing from CyberPowerPC UK.

Kind support staff

So I had a few questions about a prebuild PC Argos were selling. As usual, Argos are not forthcoming with any information. Not wanting to spend £1800 on a guess I asked CyberPower support directly. I got a full spec sheet right down to what thermal paste they used. I was answered next working days and made my purchase. PC arrived the next day and was very securely packaged. Box was in immaculate condition too so I was reassured everything inside was in perfect condition. Case had a handy quick start qr code (I personally didn't need it but I checked it out anyway) with a step by step guide to getting unpacked, plugged in and ready to go. Windows 11 was also surprisingly stock with no bloatware. Cable management was a little bit messy but I don't really care about that. I'm looking at what's on the screen and not what's inside the box. I have absolute faith that if anything were to go wrong (hopefully not) that CyberPower would do their best to get me up and running. Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend CyberPower.

I ordered a custom built pc which took around 2 weeks to arrive on standard shipping, my only issue was that the 9070xt i picked was a white edition, which was shown as black when picking the part. It still looked nice but when i rang customer service and spoke to Luke to explain he offered a couple of solutions. Overall good experience and service.

the pc is good but it has no audio installed

Cyberpower has always been helpful with my 1st pc build and I decided to go for my 2nd pc build with them the staff there where very helpful and was happy answering all of my questionsand they are fast and #1 pc company in my book. If your thinking about building a gaming pc go with Cyberpower they will look after you.

Had one issues with the machine when it arrived and had to send it back for a repalcement, meh it happen. You are shipping delicate equipment no big deal. Then the headaches started, had some issues getting the replacemnt sent to me beacuse of a clerical issue in the finance department. Was on the phone several times a day with customer care for nearly a week. Finally tracked down the issue to and they compensated me for the headache and handled the issue so it wouldnt happen in the future. No one or system is perfect but effort toward making things better is always a win.

Customer service was incredible leading up to the order with people being very friendly, delivery overall was incredibly fast and had the pc a day before the estimated dispatch date with the pc completely intact without any damage and some great out of the box guides and assists provided by cyberware, pc looks great. Instapak is a must have though just for the added security. Great experience so far and can’t wait to give the computer some use.

Great configuration tool online, very challenging payment processing page - it simply did not work and took over an hour to get a workaround. PC arrived on time but oddly absolutely no paperwork came with it, no order confirmation, no manuals, no warranty info. Literally a PC in a box. nothing else. You would't even know it came from Cyberpower the way it arrived. Maybe a minor point but it doesn't give you comfort when a £2000 PC arrives with zero paperwork. I would have preferred a more professional presentation of the product when delivered. And a web payment platform that is more reliable and doesn't warn me that it is a security risk would be nice.

Honestly I was so happy with the customer service. Firstly I called up because I want entirely sure how to pay on multiple cc cards at once and they helped amazing and straight to the point
