They use DPD for delivery so they Fall at the first hurdle so pointless using Curaleaf if they use such a,useless company like DPD to deliver. Not worth the hassle more stress than you need. DPD failure to deliver every Single time and then they lie about it DPD drivers not to be trusted which means Curaleaf is not to be trusted. Such a shame.

The company has been great but unfortunately due to DPD being an absolute joke. I've wasted over a week in days waiting for my delivery to be told different excuses of me not being home or that did they did try to deliver but I couldn't give them a code?!?! I will be changing company as this has become a problem each month.

I have been with curaleaf for 3 years now. Never really had much of an issue on with the delivery’s system until this week. I had received my email to say it will be delivered today “today being a Thursday “ so waited all day nothing. Next day I received my WhatsApp message you ordered is due for delivery between 12 and 1 waiting until 2 nothing so I called dpd they were absolutely no help. Called the pharmacy at curaleaf and spoke with Julie. Thank goodness for Julie she said immediately let me call them and see where it is. She called me back within a few minutes and said it’s on the van and will be with you today I’m so grateful to her and within an hour it was at my door. Thank you so much Julie.

We’ve been using Curaleaf for months without issue however the first time we raised a complaint about a batch of oil their customer service was abysmal. Initially we had to wait a weeks for them to engage with the complaint, which was a batch of faulty oil, taste was awful and use made the user feel sick. These things happen, occasionally the manufacturing process goes wrong and we understand however Curaleaf were in total denial. They refused to accept there could be anything wrong and closed the complaint saying there was no fault and no refund would be issued. Unbelievably bad customer engagement with people who had been long time customers. No more, we’re moving to another provider if that’s how little Curaleaf think of regular customers. Goodbye.

i've only had a consultation so far but i found it to be pleasant and appreciated it being done via webcam/over the phone which made it nice and easy for me since because of my issues i rarely leave the house nor do i like to

Never seem to have the flower in that I'm normally prescribe so I have to choose another one all the time which adds more delays waiting for everything which makes my prescription late and sometimes with the delivery he doesn’t turn up the day they say at all even though they mark you were not in I received two separate prescription and it’s so difficult to get them to match up on the same time so I receive the same day so I don’t have to spend two whole days minimum in per month waiting for prescription from the same place. Curaleaf is starting to go downhill really fast now when you message no one seems to know what’s going on or it’s wait for another week but this is every month now chasing things up thinking it’s sorted then boom you have to wait again . It’s like bang your head against the brick wall. I would say if you don’t belong to curaleaf go somewhere else so you don’t have problems it feels like your on there books you have paid your money then they are not bothered then so I’ve nearly ran out of my medication they know this I’ve had email to chose another one but 5 working days to wait so a week without any

The medication has literally transformed my life by helping me to get to sleep. I used to have to get up and perform a day's work with sometimes only 2 hours sleep - cannabis treatment guarantees a night's sleep - wonderful.

Imagine (paying for) a medical clinician that agrees a treatment plan with you, and you start your medicine with some positive effect (at a cost). Seems positive right? But - Then you run out, and your medicine isn’t available anymore, so they give you a “close” alternative - which doesn’t have the same effect, or even worsens your condition, but you’ve still paid for it with no option to get your money back - and no way they’ll send you an alternative to try unless you pay again the full amount - throwing your money in the bin. Then imagine you are expected to pay yet again to talk to the clinician about the issue, only to have the same problem repeated. Out of pocket, and with negative effects from the “medicine”, you would have to then pay again to speak to a clinician, and then pay even more to be sent yet another alternative medicine to try (at the risk of it not being good for you again.) There is no option to ‘try’ different strains, you are expected to go all in at full cost every time you try a strain. Also, if you’re running low of your medicine, oops - you can’t get any more unless you have an appointment. Well, your best hope is that an appointment is a month away! And they don’t care at all that you’ll be left without treatment in the meantime. I raised these concerns with the team who are completely unbothered and just keep repeating that I should pay to book an appointment. I asked to speak to somebody properly about this rather than just stopping treatment abruptly - but of course, even if I want to do discusss stopping treatment, I have to pay to have that conversation (and considering I don’t think I can continue with this cycle, I’m certainly not going to pay any more flipping money.) it’s nonsensical, and only demonstrates a lack of genuine patient care - it’s 100% all about money for this company. To say this is disappointing is a massive understatement. It Doesn’t feel medically appropriate to treat sick people this way. I wanted to share this honest review for other people to understand what treatment with Curaleaf actually looks like. After three years of going round this cycle, frustrating beyond belief, I’m looking elsewhere - since there are other lesser-known clinics around that do put more emphasis on patient care. I will add that medical cannabis can have very positive effects for people with issues like mine - chronic pain, chronic fatigue, non epileptic seizures, functional neurological disorder, and mental health disorders. Some of the treatment has offered me significant relief, while some of it has utterly worsened my symptoms. This is the risk you take each time you get a prescription. And they don’t really care either way, as long as you pay.

I’ve started medical cannabis treatment in the past couple of months. There were many options out there for clinics but I am glad I chose Curaleaf. The whole experience has been very simple and the treatment is working well for me. The information you receive is simple and clear and gives you peace of mind regarding the treatment. The customer support is very good and they have helped me out in a couple of situations already. I had an issue today which was swiftly resolved by Dan which out my worries at ease. I would strongly recommend this clinic for anyone who needs it.

Overall I am very satisfied so far, the initial assessment process took some time, to collate my medical information and then to have it assessed, but I wouldn't expect anything less for a medical cannabis prescription. Once I was assessed and approved, the prescription was submitted and approved within a couple of days, and once I'd ordered an paid it arrived within around 3-4 days I think, which I thought was reasonable and I was happy with. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Curaleaf to anyone seeking an alternative to traditional medicine for their condition.

Everytime i write a review for curaleaf i can,t be anymore positive they are kind,approachable and above all they listen to your needs,with the health service in the bad state it is in the curaleaf team surpass everyone my regular NHS Dr,s may have given up but curaleaf have not thank you

I had a fantastic consultation with Dr Mwimba. After feeling nervous about the process, it was a relief to speak to a doctor who was so empathetic and non-judgmental. She really took the time to listen to my history and made me feel completely at ease. It makes such a difference to feel heard and supported by a clinician who genuinely cares about patient wellbeing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Mwimba to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable prescriber. 5 stars.
