Been a patient for just under a year now and have nothing but great things to say about curaleaf and their staff.

I have been woth this clinc over 3 years. Very rarely had an issue with anything. And if I have it has been dealt with, quickly, by friendly staff.

Curaleaf is not the best company to deal with.. you get past from pillar to post when trying resolve issues.. They take your money for appointments and you get your initial prescription but when it comes to ordering.. it’s a nightmare.. never have stock and so difficult to request alternatives. I have had 3 appointments.. 2 of them a complete sham.. connections drop etc .. only ever received first delivery of medicine.. this company should be avoided.. absolute rip off

Very disappointed with the fact that i went through the process of booking my initial appointment which i had to pay a £30 fee for, then after the appointment to be offered the subscription which states it covers your first appointment cost. I thought thats great ill do that, when trying to take the subscription it was still charging the full amount and not taking into account the payment already made or offering a refund of that after the subscription was started. I contacted the customer service as i thought i must be doing something wrong or the system was doing it wrong, to only get a shrug response from customer service with a ‘as you have had your consultation, you have pay the full subscription, unfortunately’. Which makes it feel like a scam as i had to pay the £30 before i could book the appointment with no offer at that point of the subscription.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service from Curaleaf Pharmacy I had a very smooth experience with Curaleaf Pharmacy. My order and formulary were clearly explained, and the dispensing process was handled efficiently. A special mention to Bushra, who was extremely helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout. She took the time to make sure everything was clear and kept me well informed, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and communication overall. I’d be happy to use Curaleaf Pharmacy again.

Glamorise the idea ... Then reject you and shut you from everything... Do not pay for no more than one consultation as if you do, say good bye to your money

Ive been with curaleaf just over a year now, delivery has been very quick and an easy process. Recently with the bad weather and snow dpd were so backed up it caused a huge delay in deliveries due to a 36hr window if it cant be delivered its sent back to the pharmacy ended up stuck in a depot, but when it happened the pharmacy team, I dealt with Bushra and Molly and they were both very understanding and agreed that it had went on for too long and promptly sent out a new one it literally took less than 24hr to get it from Manchester to Scotland and that swift action was very much appreciated. That was my first bad weather experience and I will plan better in future,.it wasnt the pharmacys fault and they could have made me wait till they recieved it and then sent it back and instead fixed it there and then, the whole year I've been with Curaleaf its been a breeze easily change prescriptions each month choose what you need be iit day time or for night time and its much cheaper than I thought it would be, made more affordable by buying 10g instead of being forced into buying more at more expense and all the drs have been friendly and being online makes it more accessible. All and all im so glad I went for it its helped me with my fibromyalgia panic and anxiety attacks, helps calm my mind enough to fall asleep

I required a prescription change due to my main bedtime strain being back in stock and the advisor I had named Hannah Bell was able to sort it out right away without an issue. Fantastic service from curaleaf as always!

Their website makes it sound like it’s really simple but so far it’s been weeks and I’m nowhere near getting a prescription. I’ve transferred from another Clinic and they’re treating me like somebody who’s never had any cannabis before. I will go with it and see if things improve but I am definitely not impressed so far and did not like the attitude of the doctor I spoke to. Now I’ll need another appointment., more money, and they’ll only prescribe a small amount so I’ll have to pay another prescription fee. Feeling annoyed.

GATEKEEPERS. Waste of time don't bother had like 8 emails requesting different things then my gp wouldn't give out info they needed (have a serious diaphragmatic hernia *with mri disc.* and other illnesses) seems some people get it with a lot less wrong with them.. Anyway just buy street weed a lot less hassle to self medicate and probably cheaper.. Rather than playing the legal weed gauntlet..

I had to contact curaleaf Clinic today thinking it would be a pain to do (if you read some of the reviews ) I was very pleasantly surprised Jake was very helpful in getting everything sorted I got my new appointment time thank you russ

From Doctors to Chat support. Always helpful and clear. Stephanie helped today regarding renewing/ordering more. Although my usual was not in stock I was made aware why and I didn’t feel I was a burden to be helped.

Absolutely fantastic service from Bushra. Highly recommend, for managing my Multiple Sclerosis.

The clinicians have been brilliant. They’re helpful, kind, and completely non judgemental, which makes such a difference and immediately puts you at ease. Akiel from customer support was really helpful and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. It was honestly so refreshing to speak to an actual human and get clear answers so easily, without being passed around or waiting ages. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, which I really appreciated.

If your thinking of using this company for you medical needs don’t the courier company never deliver the parcels always lie saying sorry we missed you. This is not the first time I watched the driver make a delivery across the road and left when you contact Curaleaf about you medication they say we have to contact DPD like that helps you when you’ve paid Curaleaf and are sitting there without the product you’ve paid for

8Received nearly expired flower just before Xmas with almost expired date. It was dry, bad tasting and gave me a headache. I chucked it. Now been told it's a supplier problem and that I must provide photos of flower and pack longtime binned. Very unhappy with their response. Dare I trust this won’t happen again? I've replied so you can identify me. Do how do I contact the pharmacy and shouldn't it be your responsibility to investigate properly, as it's your reputation?

Really becoming disappointed lately since the clinic name change, letters are no longer comprehensive they just say still helps x condition rather than what symptoms its helping and in what way and what symptoms it isnt helping Keep changing my limit, on my letter it says my limit is 30g less than it should be without so much as a discussion around that just boom limit changed. I am starting to look at leaving which after 3 years i dont really want to but care level is seriously dropping.
