Felt like a scam
Very disappointed with the fact that i went through the process of booking my initial appointment which i had to pay a £30 fee for, then after the appointment to be offered the subscription which states it covers your first appointment cost. I thought thats great ill do that, when trying to take the subscription it was still charging the full amount and not taking into account the payment already made or offering a refund of that after the subscription was started. I contacted the customer service as i thought i must be doing something wrong or the system was doing it wrong, to only get a shrug response from customer service with a ‘as you have had your consultation, you have pay the full subscription, unfortunately’. Which makes it feel like a scam as i had to pay the £30 before i could book the appointment with no offer at that point of the subscription.
