I contacted Crystal travel when I noticed that ATOL was showing as £0 on my invoice despite selecting to pay for ATOL protection. Freya looked into my booking, sent ATOL certificate within minutes and waited for me to check if I had received it in my email.

Booked a flight from Birmingham to Cebu, I found Carolina Diaz who I dealt with to be very helpful and easy to deal with. had a mistake on the Tickets when they came through which she put right immediately and sent correct ones. thanks. will use again.

Ronald was brilliant 🤩 so helpful and very patient. Did an excellent Job finding my flights. I used Crystal travel 3 years ago and Ronald had all my details from then. I would recommend going with Crystal Travel and especially letting Ronald sort out your flights. He's now going to look up some hotels for me and my family near New York. Once he's sent the information through will definitely be going through Crystal Travel and Ronald booking it for us. Such good service.

Site crashed as soon as they collected credit card info with zero confirmation of any flight info but they charged my credit card in full. Still on hold to get my money back. Stay away.
