I had a couple of challenges in a multi-flight African booking (due to late e-visa & a very inconvenient flight rescheduling as an operation change by one airline a week after they confirmed the booking). There was a legacy of the later in that whatever combination of data inputs I used I couldn't check in online for the changed flight. Two Crystal Travel staff - Veronica & Freya exceeded the call of duty by a large margin. They even replied and helped out during out of hours and on a day off. They could not have been more helpful. Tremendous employees and a credit to Crystal. Two good reasons for booking with Crystal! Great after-care.

Even though I was asked to write a review, I want to be honest about my experience. The airline changed my connecting flight to one with a longer layover, which was frustrating. However, Christy was amazing—she helped me change my flight to a later date at no extra cost, even though that date was originally more expensive than the one I had booked. Because of her help, I have no complaints.

We recommend Jerry who helped us recently to book our ticket to Mumbai.

My recent experience with Crystal Travel for my flight to Jamaica was quite the rollercoaster. Initially, booking seemed straightforward, but things quickly got complicated. My wife and I were booked on the same flight but somehow ended up with different ticket types—mine without baggage and hers with. This led to unnecessary stress and the feeling that the booking wasn't handled correctly from the start. The real trouble began when I realized we were not seated together. Trying to get seats next to my wife became a major ordeal. I was told it would cost a significant amount for "preferred" seating, something that wasn’t clear during booking. There was a lot of back-and-forth with JC about this. While he eventually offered a reduced rate, it took considerable negotiation and time. It felt like I was being charged extra for a basic courtesy that should have been sorted out initially. Customer service was hit or miss. Some responses were prompt, but other times I faced delays and had to chase for updates. The lack of transparency around extra fees was particularly frustrating. I felt I wasn't given all the information upfront, and it made me question the overall trustworthiness of the service. In summary, while my travel plans were eventually sorted, it was a much more stressful and complicated process than it should have been. Be prepared to double-check everything and clarify all potential extra costs when booking with Crystal Travel. My advice is to ensure everything is clearly stated and documented at the time of booking to avoid any unpleasant surprises later.

I’m fully satisfied with Crystal Travel because of JOSE given me very good service. I will always buy plane ticket by using Crystal Travel services. I wish JOSE to his bright future.
