We had problems with our booking and only found out last week and we are flying on the 12th if June supposed to be, Your staff Arbaz Khan was very patient with me though I lost a bit of my temper already, frustrated and angry, but still Arbas managed to maintain his composure and helped me find a solution to our problem. He is very accommodating and he tries his best to help. Although we were not happy with the turn out of our booking, on the good side, Arbaz knows his job well and he is an asset to your company.

Stella had been amazing. She was very patient and accommodating. I had to change my dates three times and finally got the dates I needed. She was so helpful and nothing is too much to deal with. Thank you ever so much.

Called Crystal Travel today . The agent was Joy Wilson . He was great really efficient, patient and helpful. We really struggled with our credit card system to pay on line but he sorted it all out for us . We got a better deal in the end. We Recommend this company.

The whole process of researching different options for flights to Australia was made smooth and straightforward due to the assistance and advice from the Crystal Travel team.
