I spoke with Stella and she was very good she advice me with positive response which I need much appreciated her work.

I thought the days of travel agents was over, but Crystal Travel proved that they are alive and fully functioning. My contact was Sergio who was kind and patient with me. I had a lot going on and wouldn't call him back when we'd agreed to speak. But once I locked in he and his manager Munir were EXCELLENT. They helped put together an itenary for India, so that I could take my mother and daughter to Agra and the Taj Mahal, then head south to Kerala. It was like speaking to friends you'd met at a dinner party, they not only suggested places for me to visit, but also provided photos as we spoke. I had to adsk them to stop as I was on the brink of handing in my notice so that I could visit all the wonderful places they suggested. I'm very happy with the service, as I wouldn't be able to focus on putting together the itenary they did, which includes flights, hotel, a guide and driver, meaning that from as soon as we land we'll be looked after until we're dropped back at the airport. I'm so grateful and excited to go on this adventure. Thank you Sergio and Munir for all your efforts.

Special mention to Stella Stevens for booking my flights and calling me to confirm names and flight details a few times before booking. Will surely use in the future aswell.

I contacted Crystal Travel to make inquiry about a ticket reservation, which I had already checked on skyscanner. However, the professionalism, enthusiasm and customer focused approach from one of their agents called Ana, convinced me to purchase the tickets from them. Even though the price she quoted is slightly higher, I still reserved the ticket with them.

I’ve just made 2 long haul flights, one were staying 2 nights & 3 days in the stopover with Sergio. He has patience looking for best flight/ price and gave us a good deal. He put an extra effort to sort us out. Highly recommended.

I first used Crystal Travel last year to go to Melbourne. As I then had exceptional Service I contacted them again for my trip to India. And again they were marvellous and in particular Sergio was very helpful and informative as well as getting me a good fare. In addition the fact that I could pay in instalments was more than useful.
