Do not ship to Europe but validate the order...

I am very dissatisfied because I ordered Barbour products and after paying, I realized that Cruise Fashion, which is part of the Fraser Group, does not ship internationally, contrary to what the website suggested (I noticed that "France" was automatically replaced by "UK" after validation. When I called, they told me I had to order from Flannels, another website that's identical in every way except it ships to Europe... but this is nowhere mentioned! Is it really that complicated to remove the international page and the validation process?). Now my order is being sent who knows where, and I have to wait for it to return to the sender before I can get a refund! And since I ordered from Flannels too, I have more than 500 euros out now (they could not swich my order to Flannels which also belongs to Fraser Group, so I had to order again)! March 3rd: additional information here... I have had no answers to my previous emails so I don't see the point to answer by mail again. The update is as follows: while you told me on the phone that the package would be travelling around the UK and then return to you, I received a message from Chronopost, your contact in France, asking me to pay 93.50 euros in customs fees! So I have two orders now: one order from you, which according to your statements should not have been delivered to me since you no longer deliver internationally, and one from Flannels! Of course, I will refuse this order and, as requested by email (which remains unanswered), I expect a FULL refund of my order." Update one month later: still waiting from my refund. Opened a dispute on Paypal.
