When we arrived at the condo at night, our initial impression was pretty poor due to how old and dated the condo was. Even the sheets and the towels seemed to be in use for many years, so although they were clean I kept thinking they were not. The next morning we saw the view from the balcony, an open ocean view and the beach, and we walked outside to the beach right in front of the property and fell in love. The location is also great for easy access to all the points of interest in the island. If I want to spend more I would definitely look elsewhere, but it is very good value for the price.

This company was very responsive to our needs. Maui Banyan is an awesome property across from a fantastic beach, Kamaole 2. The condo was clean and had great amenities including a washer/dryer in the unit. Super Convenient!

The condo we rented was exactly as shown in the pictures. Convenient location to the beach and shopping. We loved out visit to Maui. The island is gorgeous and the locals were friendly and helpful.

The condo was perfect for our needs. The view from our balcony was amazing. Plus the place came with beach chairs and an umbrella which we were not expecting. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space for clothes. Very short walk to the beaches or one of the 2 pools available for guests. Restaurants were close by as well. If I had one complaint it would probably be the parking spots. They are a bit narrow for large vehicles. Our rental car was a Sentra so no problems. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our time there.

We loved it. Our only issue was the Condo unit we were in was a little outdated.

From the moment we walked in the front door everything was perfect freshly remodeled and well done. Outstanding view and ocean sounds ..location couldn’t have been better we will return!

Had no issues using this company for my reservations on Hawaii,has a couple issues come up and they were on it right away all fixed up in apositive response.

Very pleased with our stay at Maui Kamaole. Condo was situated at a nice location. Rooms were very clean and updated. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone vacationing on Maui.

Almost 5 stars. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the bed in our unit was horrible. Otherwise, the service and property itself was great! I would use Condominium Rentals Hawaii again and have referred several people already. Thank you!

My daughter and I had a great time. Our unit was very close to the pool. My daughter enjoyed walking on the ocean's beaches. She did not see any turtles, although other residents and people on the beach saw them in the morning and/or evening.

Condo was ready when we arrived. Communication with staff was available before and during visit. They were flexible with our date when plane details changes

I have stayed at the Maui Kamole through Condominium rentals Hawaii 3 times. All 3 times everything has been exactly as described with no issues. Staff is always friendly and accomodating, the grounds are clean and well-maintained, and residents are friendly. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Pleasant people and decent communication for the most part. I've dealt with another company here in Maui who wasn't nearly as good or as pleasant as this one.

We had an easy booking experience- followed by a fabulous condo to stay in. The grounds were amazing, location perfect, and we absolutely will be back. We've used other condo providers in the past for this area- but this was our best experience ever!

This is the second time we have stayed at Sugar Beach Resort and it's the second time we have had a wonderful experience! We not only stayed at the same resort, we stayed in the same unit, which was a nice familiarity for us. Sugar Beach is in such a great location as it is centrally located to all places Maui and has a tremendous long sand beach in both directions. You don't have to worry about crossing a road to get to the beach either as it is literally ocean front! We look forward to our next stay!! :)
