Everything was great. I wish the front desk could of helped us when we forgot a towel, they didn't want to take it, because they don't want to be the middle man. We were told to bring the towel back to the room, but our room had already been cleaned and we set it outside the door. Luckily they must of found it, because we didn't get charged. Just figured it would be easier for front desk to take it and write a note or place it in the room themselves, so that we knew for sure it was taken care of. Otherwise, this was so easy, clean, and just overall so convenient for our Hawaii vacation. We will definitely use them again in the future.
