Ocean front at Sugar Beach resort is amazing. Ocean was calm enough to swim and float before the mid day breezes. Beautiful spot. The condo had free and accessible parking, was very comfortable, limited pantry and bath supplies. Beach chairs and ice chest were provided and always a bonus. The view there is beautiful.

very centrally located. We was able to get to many parts of the island quickly and enjoy our vacation

Exellent experience. No negatives at all (except we got in early and wanted early entry. Unfortunately, not possible. The key combination would only work at 3:00. Not 2:55, not 2:59.)

Great location. Close to Kam III & Kewakapu beaches. The unit (J209)was clean & had a fairly good well stocked kitchen. Nice view of garden & ocean from the front deck. Lots of space for 4 adults. The king bed upstairs was comfortable & the bathroom a good size. The queen mattress on the main needs to be replaced. The single bed had no complaints. Main floor bathroom is a little small for the main & could use some updating. Nice to have washer/dryer in the unit. Having A/C was nice as we had 2 littles with us. No complaints with noise from the other bordering units. Maintenance was going on (outside painting) but wasn’t an issue. The 2 pools were great & one was usually quieter when the other was busy. Well maintained. The reception staff was friendly. One of our party lost their wallet & when it was turned into reception, they made repeat calls to us to let us know it had been found. Check in was easy with just a call to get the entry #, which was perfect as we were +3 hours late arriving. Resort is close to restaurants and not too far for groceries. Wailea is just up the road for shopping & more restaurants as well as golf. This is our 2nd visit to Maui Kamole.

Great condo , excellent view would recommend to everyone, only issue we had was the burners on the cooktop don’t work very well, one doesn’t work at all and the rest only get warm, never hot . Also would be nice to have a/c even a portable in the bed room would be a big help , when it rains you have to close the bedroom windows and it get very warm when the room is closed up .

The management team for Condominium Rentals Hawaii provides an excellent service for its customers. We had a few problems with our condo which was a lovely condo. They showed up the next day to personally address the issues. They did what was necessary to fix the problems. And we enjoyed the rest of our vacation.

A perfect place for my husband and I to get away. Sitting on the patio, watching the water....we didn’t want to leave. Your place “might” have spoiled us for all things Hawaii. We immediately started looking for a place of our own...but we want it to be JUST like yours! ❤️

Clean , great location, quiet

The first thing that comes to mind is the fact the CRH did not inform me of the pool closure during the second week of our stay at the time of booking. This is something that happens at the same time every year and should have been brought up prior to booking. It was on the confirmation letter we received after it was too late to change our reservation. Also, although the facility was clean, it was not stocked with items that were needed for a 12 day stay. We had to purchase our own toilet paper, shampoo, soap and there was no dishwasher soap to run the dishwasher. Very disappointed on the highly recommended condo and the rental agency. Update: An apology hardly makes up for the pool closure for 1/2 of our vacation. I would have booked somewhere else had I known. It was in the packet we received after booking, too close to our arrival date to cancel. That was made very clear about the cancellation timing. I am just so disappointed with your service and the service of Sugar Beach Resort.

The place was clean and tranquil. The staff was courteous and helpful. Need to be back again.

Great check-in/check-out experience, concierge service was on point! Can’t go wrong with CRH

As a local from Oahu, I enjoyed the amenities of our rental. The location was very central for all of the activities and appointments I had. The full kitchen was an added plus for our family. The view was amazing. Beach access was also a big plus because of the close proximity to the rental. Very few people on the beach made it seem as if we had private beach access. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was great but the room was just ok. No a/c in the bedroom made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep (weather was warm while we were there.) Washing machine was old and grungy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but front desk closes down earlier than stated in email from property manager...good thing we called the front desk to confirm on day of arrival.

Room need updating..but overall good

The air conditioner in the main room was totally inadequate to cool the entire unit. The bedroom in the back of the unit was too hot to sleep ( over 80 degrees). We had to sleep on the sofa sleeper in the main room every night. Made for a lousy experience. Bath towels were very cheap quality and furnishings were cheap quality as well. We won’t be back!

Nice, clean any questions answered quickly. Great beach location. Pool and hot tub clean and nice. Beautifully equipped with everything you could need. Grounds clean and nice. Down side can’t walk need a car. We were on an end with lots of traffic noise. The people at the condo cannot help with questions you have to call to get questions answered.
