we got lost on the way to the condo. calling CRH resulted in a very friendly redirect and subsequent success. a perceived problem with the air conditioner was met with a cheery response and a maintenance person. we were very pleased with the accomodations. thank you CRH!

Great Value Condo was clean enough and had everything we needed -- towels, sheets, cooking utensils and dishes, etc. Location was pretty good for traveling to Lahaina or Wailea, and there's some cool stuff in nearby Kihei too.

We had every think we need in the condo. The view on the ocean was amazing.

Loveseat fabric is torn. When renting a condo. Renter should not have to empty air conditioner condensation water pan every day by hand. Sheets are too big for bed and come loose almost every night.

CRH was very accommodating in making my decision on what unit to request. It was a great experience and they made everything very easy. I will definitely use them again on my next journey to Maui!

Check-in was easy even after hours, charges etc. were as expected, and the condo was in excellent condition. We enjoyed our stay!

Condominium community is really nice and quite. In my condo it had an AC problem and the first time they came very quick and the 2nd time they did not come. Heard from others that some AC were old and also needed to be replaced. All employees were nice and pleasant, grounds beautiful and well kept, no trash lying around. etc. Other then the AC issues this is a very reasonable place to stay at with not new but good condos

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Only steps from the beach and pool. We enjoyed watching the sun rise from our lanai, and took in many beautiful sunsets from the grounds. Perfect location to maneuver around the island. We hope to be back again!

Our stay at Sugar Beach Resort in Kihei has been fabulous. Our condo is very roomy, comfortable and updated. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable about sights, restaurants and tours in Maui. It is also quiet here with a great pool and beach access without crossing a street.

We received excellent service from the rental people/property managers. Property is well kept. We did not find the condo as clean as we had expected. When they say that there has been a thorough cleaning, we believe that means attention to the little things. The bathroom could use a 'thorough cleaning. Although it was clean, we saw things that we would do at our own home. The two men who manage the building were very pleasant and helpful if needed.

The place was amazing it had everything from updated appliances to beach chairs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Maui.

We had an excellent time at the Sugar Beech resort. Our unit was very clean, comfortable and we'll appointed. Best value on Maui! We'll be back!
