Condo was amazing having everything u would ever need on a vacation! Stayed for 7 days and didn’t have one complaint I love it here right next to the beach!

Working with Condominium Rentals Hawaii was simple. Was cheaper to book directly with them than via Airbnb or VRBO, likely because of fees both for me and for them on those platforms. It was a little inconvenient for check-in as they asked for us to call when we landed, however they just read us the key code number (6 digits), parking space (2 digits and letter), address and unit number over the phone where I had to take it down in the loud airport. Would have been much easier to get that info via email or secure chat (like I would have gotten with other stays via Airbnb or VRBO). That said, after getting all the info for check-in via phone, it was such a great stay. The unit was clean as I always expect. It was more modern/remodeled than I had anticipated from the photos. And it was adequately large for 2 people. I also always love the Tommy Bahama chairs, towels (although no cooler), that are provided when renting from condo owners vs. hotels. Bath had plenty of towels and travel sized shampoo and conditioner, but full sized body wash. No sunscreen or snorkels (but I left an almost full sunscreen for the next guests). Kitchen was stocked as you’d expect for a unit that isn’t often owner occupied: plenty of dish ware, coffee maker, salt, pepper, but not much more (no coffee, or other staples). The best of all was our location at Mana Kai, we had the best ocean view, and could walk swim, or snorkel on the best beach in Maui (the same beach, but north, for the Andaz) in the mornings before the crowds or the wind. Overall, I would stay at the Mana Kai again, and highly recommend it and and Keawakapu Beach to anyone. Would also go with Condominium Rentals Hawaii next time, given the right price point.

This unit was in better than expected shape. The appliances and furniture appear to have been updated in the last few years. All was functional and the unit was clean. We left it clean with sheets washed and all in order. We hope the owner found it as such. If not, let us know. It's a very quiet unit on that top floor. There are just two other comments. One is of course that the den air conditioner does not reach the bedroom, making it too hot and thus unusable. Second, the stove exhaust (range hood) fan does not vent smoke to the outside. It just blows it back into the kitchen. Thus one cannot cook on the stove without smoking out the condo unit (and it get's way too hot with this issue also). The cabinet above the range hood shows a 6" vent connected to the plenum above (the house vent to the outside) but apparently when the range hood was installed, there was no connection made to this vent. So I would suggest having the range hood installer come back out and connect the vent to the house plenum to properly vent stove smoke outside. I really can't see the condo owner spending so much $ on renovation but yet subjecting all furniture to kitchen smoke that should be venting outside.

The booking was easy and we got a great deal through Groupon Getaways. Sugar Beach Resort was lovely and comfortable and booking in was a breeze. I would be happy to use them again!

The grounds and complex were nice and clean, hence the 3 stars. If I were to rate the individual condo I would give it only two stars. The condo we stayed in was very outdated and in need of a deep clean. It showed lots of wear and tear. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. The ventilation fan did not always work. There was a very strong smell coming from the drain in the kitchen sink the entire time we there. The indoor and lanai carpets were quite old, dirty, and need of a deep clean. The lanai itself also needed a deep clean. The throw rugs were dirty and old inside and outside. Used tissues were found in the sofa bed when we unfolded it for use. Some of the bath towels and hand towels had stains on them. We did not feel comfortable inside due to lack of cleanliness and disrepair. I would not stay here again. It was very disappointing.

After an initial mixup with confirmation, CRH was great, very responsive and answered any and all questions. We had a great vacation, unit was as expected and excellent, and I would use them again

When I had a question or problem they were very helpful.

The condo was very nice. There was snorkeling equipment, a nice kitchen. The balcony and view were fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish the view didn't overlook the pool so directly, but nonetheless a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo itself was great and had all amenities we needed. The fan in the living room did break and we called for it to be serviced. Had helpful and friendly service. Great AC in the unit. LOVED that we could walk directly onto the beach straight from the condo, what a luxury! The beach itself in front of the condo did not have a lot of sand bar, which made it difficult to lounge and swim in that spot, but we were able to walk along the beach/sand bar to another spot further down to swim and hang out. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful place right on the beach. I love it and will be back again.

We had a great time at Sugar Beach Resort in Maui. The condo we rented was clean and comfy, the pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained and best of all, it was affordable!

It was a wonderful experience! We stayed at condominium Rentals Hawaii for a week. It was easy access and reserved parking. We are definitely visiting again! Thank you

Maui Kamaole was a a great condominium and I would definitely stay there again when I return to Maui. The location was perfect with a beautiful beach across the street and easy proximity to all sights and attractions. The one bedroom unit we rented was nicely decorated and had a good sized balcony with a view of one of the two pools. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer were nice to have. There were boogey boards and beach towels available which is nice when you aren't able to bring your own. The only suggestions I would make with the unit we rented are the addition of a televisionin the bedroom and blackout blinds on the bedroom windows. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!.

Loved the condo. Wonderful view. Tastefully decorated. Nice and big towels. Large and comfortable bed. Well-stocked kitchen. Very clean. Great resort.

Very nice place near the ocean people want to help you verry comprehensive a place to recommand well situation on the island in the center

Decent condo. Not enough toilet paper, soap, laundry soap, or garbage bags for our two week stay. We also had no ice and the fridge made a loud noise most of the time. However, we like the location and the beach and the pool.

The condominium exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well stocked with cooking utensils, all in working order, grounds were maintained and beautiful, pools lovely and great temperature with ample seating, easy walk to the beach, shopping & food.

Beside the facts that Hawaii itself it's an exotic destination and me and my son had a lot of fun the condominium were we stayed it was perfect for our needs.Remodeled , looks like need clean, spacious and decorated with taste.I recomand Condominium Rental Hawaii 100%!Liliann
