I wouldn’t recommend working with them. They take money out of your card without helping you with your credit. Stay away.

this company does not do what they promise. They actually did not help me at all. It is a colosal waist of time and money. I would never recommend using them to anyone for anything. I have tried to end this relationship but they keep debiting my bank account. They do not answer the phone leaving you on hold for over 15 minutes at a time.

They are a scam. I have been paying for the service for 6 months and they have stolen my money. They promised to fix my credit and they have done nothing.

Honestly I don't know how this company is legal they are literally scamming people!! Please do not trust them everything they do or tell you about "cleaning you're credit" it's a big lie.

I have called several times an have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I have sat and listened to the music play for an hour each time, I would love it if you guys would finally give me a call back.

They've been here for 5 months and they've only deleted two things. I call them because I don't see an update and out of nowhere they tell me, "Oh, we haven't uploaded it to the system." It's a waste of time and money, always a new excuse. Don't fall for it. This is a robbery, it's a shitty company.

After paying an initial fee of 400$ up front, i continued to pay 100$ a month for the following 6 months. I would call and check in to see if progress was being made every couple of months. I got the same response each time.. that letters were being sent out and that i should see results soon. After paying roughly 1,000$ over a 6 month period i finally got fed up and cancelled my contract. After calling and asking for a refund they told me they couldn’t refund me because they basically did their part. I proceeded to dispute the claim myself using credit karma and less than 3 weeks the dispute was settled and the claim is now removed from my credit report. I got suckered by these people and i would advise any and everybody to seek help elsewhere. Don’t waste 6 months and 1,000$ like i did for them to not do anything.

So I used them back in April - May on a one time payment. Now we are in August and they charged me $99 but note they never charged me June and July I call for a refund and they won’t give it back bc they send out the letters already they. They have been calling me and I don’t answer and that doesn’t give them the right to just charge my card and not give me a refund. VERY BADDDDD PPL . There were right when they said don’t use them but I didn’t listen . HOPE IT DONT HAPPEN TO ANTONE ELSE

If you're considering signing up with Credit Glory to improve your credit DO NOT DO IT, this agency is a scam, they've taken $940 from me and not only failed to deliver, but have lowered my score from when I began work with them, claiming to be a ctrfit repair group you'd assume their agents are competent enough to do everything in their power to improve your credit, but these imbeciles will dispute everything on your account including satisfied positive balances and closed accounts that represent positive payments and account history, they have cost me 80+ points and refused reimbursement claiming because they "sent letters" which they have never provided proof of. They have denied rectifying their mistake for doing the bare minimum, and should personally have a class action lawsuit against them.for defamation. Write your own letters and disputes and dissolve this entity, this company deserves to go bankrupt for its lies.

Never fix my credit, 1 year an a half paying and nothing, when I call them , they told me that they send my emails asking for a bill because the credit burrow need to verified my address and because I send it always late they can't do nothing but I never got an email from them

They’ve made a lot of promises. Not one has come true and now I found that something that I through I paid off with them is on my credit report as not paid. I should’ve known they were too good to be true. Don’t trust them..

This company gives a good sales pitch. States that you will start seeing results at 90 day period. Not TRUE. Every time I called them would get a different reason why it was not happening. Don't waste your money. Deal with your creditors by yourself.

They took $100 money from my acct. after already paying $300+. Mind you my debt was around 750. I was originally planning to just pay off my debt to clear it off my credit. They didn’t remove anything. I paid over $400 and they didn’t do a damn thing.

This people are scammers!!! I paid more than $800 to fix my credit and nothing. Plus they charge $99 monthly. Dont trust this peoples!!! You will lose your money!!!

Aún trabajo acá. Llevo 6 meses en la empresa y he aprendido que su enfoque es muy pragmático. A diferencia de muchas empresas que son orientadas a sus clientes internos y externos, Credit Glory se orienta a resultados, por lo que es un lugar exigente y lleno de retos muy grandes por la naturaleza de los servicios que ofrece, pero mi supervisor es de gran ayuda, siempre atento, respetuoso, alineado con los principios de la empresa y con una visión clara de lo que debemos hacer. El salario es competitivo en Latinoamérica y goza de beneficios básicos importantes como días de vacaciones (también tienen días culturales), bonos por retención (lo que es sorprendente porque mi trabajo no es de retención, pero aún así me dan bonos si lo hago), bonos por buena asistencia, reconocimiento por nuestros logros también en forma remunerada en algunas ocaciones y licencia de maternidad. El ambiente laboral es sano siempre y cuando uno pueda adaptarse al ritmo exigente de trabajo (al principio es complicado y siempre es demandante y un poco estresante, por eso las 4 estrellas) y tenemos actividades como bingos y concursos para conocernos como equipo y ganar premios. Lo recomiendo para personas con excelente dominio del idioma inglés, muy organizados, metódicos, prudentes y sin miedo de preguntar para evitar errores. En cuanto a nuestra labor, es muy importante para nuestros clientes y logramos grandes resultados para mejorar sus puntajes y eliminar ítems negativos. Algo de paciencia siempre paga bien y he tenido el placer de ver muchos casos de éxito, lo que me da mucha confianza en mi empresa.

This place is a scam! I called my debt collector and got connected with credit glory. Paid $378 and they tried to charge my card $99 without providing and documentation that they submitted anything. I called them at 30 days after no change and they said 45 days so I called at 50 days no change, they said 60 days no change. 75 days later nothing has changed on my credit but they keep calling for money because I put payment through a card I have to put money on and they can't get anything. They refuse to give payment back so I reported them to my bank and bbb.

They did not do one thing they said the would do. Not one thing fell off my report. $400 in and no results. I asked to get copies of the letters. They danced around the question. Some of the debt were past debts I had paid off that were still reporting and they can't even remove those! Wasted my $. Do not use them. Have AI do it for you.
