I left a bad review this morning after finding that i had subscribed to this company and had money take from my bank account they contacted me and refunded the amount without any issues I am greatful to them as it obviously was my own fault as I didn't realise I'd signed up to it! So thankyou very much

Good fast service
Just noticed a payment to credit engine i did not sign up for . No customer service number to talk to a operator. Need to cancel this and get a refund asp Update cancelled subscription but no refund . Taking advantage of people already in a sign situation. I rang customer services and they cancelled the ???subscription but a flat no on the refund. The operator in my opinion was quite sharp the way she felt with it.£19 plus is a lot of money feel like I've been taken advantaged off Just got off the phone a very different conversation full refund and cancellation done.

I feel so stupid! I didn’t notice I was being lured into an unwanted and overpriced subscription when searching for a product to alleviate the hardship i was suffering. It’s exactly the kind of behaviour that undermines trust in business. Lenders should be helping customers in difficult times, not adding to the burden with services that aren’t required. I hope they reflect on the impact this has on those who can least afford it.
