Great delivery very helpful drivers. The timber could not have been better even if I had personally selected each length. Very pleased.
We would have given 5 stars but didn't tell us you were out of stock for top soil and it was not until I phoned up 10 days later to find out what was happening. After my telephone call we had the delivery the following morning.
Really kind staff
Driver called in advance with ETA. He was slightly delayed and called again with update. Our road is rather narrow, with parking both sides, allowing only one vehicle through. We were concerned about possibly blocking the road- he reassured us that parking would be minimal and he helped quickly to unload. Thankyou

Excellent customer service. They called to confirm delivery date for oak sleepers. Did not need to be at home and they placed them in inconspicuous place out of sight. Will continue to use them I future.
The delivery was fine but given the size of the order and an offer of 10% discount after the order it wax annoying. This would have been £150 discount.

Easy to order sand and cement in bulk. Nice 15% discount. Covers quickly called to arrange delivery within a week and driver to contact me 30 mins ahead of delivery.

Got charged twice for an order, had to chase to get one refunded. Never contacted about the original order delivery date, but saw on online account was meant to be delivered on 22nd April. Now 7th May, still no products & no contact so hard to review items i've not received! Have finally heard from local depot, only after I had to call them again to chase my missing order.
