I had to use their click and collect service again, despite being let down last time. It was pretty much the same again, nothing put by. So I had to select the firings required from the timber racks, and they didn't actually have the lengths I needed, despite me ordering them. So I took the next lengths closest to it, but the quality is shocking, twisted and warped, but I needed them so took them and hope with enough screws they will go down straight. When leaving, I looked across at the brickyard, and it was in a terrible state. Looked like it had been bombed. Maybe a shortage of staff or just not run well, but I won't use them again, it's not worth the hassle

Just what I needed, at a good price, and delivered within a couple of days, all good.
