Great delivery very helpful drivers. The timber could not have been better even if I had personally selected each length. Very pleased.
Dislike sleeper being delivered and left in wrong place. Bell not rung as I was in the house waiting. How can opposite house be taken as beside the garage. If in doubt ring bell and ask.

Ordered up ok but not so easy to collect
On 21st April Ordered 7 bags of 10-20 mm gravel for delivery 5 days later on fri 25th..was phoned on fri 25th to say delivery now won't be until Tuesday 29th..had to cancel job for the weekend and try to fit in during week..had long enough to organise correct delivery date...

Helpful staff, use able Web site , very helpful delivery driver, who put the pallet exactly where required . Delivery was on time.
Plywood was ordered online, I was given a call by a member of sales to arrange a delivery date. Ply was delivered on time and carried into my garage for me. All together a very smooth experience.
Quick acknowledgement and confirmation of my order followed up by phone call advising that my goods were ready for collection. Efficient and friendly service.
