Great delivery very helpful drivers. The timber could not have been better even if I had personally selected each length. Very pleased.
I ordered on line and was kept informed about when the order would be ready for collection. When I arrived the car park was a bit chaotic due to a broken down lorry but the yard lads managed to get my order loaded quickly for me.
Great service but most of all great price. Cheapest place locally and was always informed of what was going on and when delivsry was going to be. Highly recommend them.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish was called really quicky after placed order on Wednesday afternoon said would deliver Friday came at 10.30 Friday morning so efficient lovely scaffold boards exactly what my husband wanted. Thank you to everyone involved in order
Very disappointed with poor quality timber hidden at bottom of stack. It was clearly very old stock, was split and twisted. Whilst it should have been checked on delivery, and spotted then, when I contacted covers with photos of the timber, there was no offer of a replacement. I expected better.
After placing order was contacted to arrange day of delivery. Day of delivery went well, friendly, efficient delivery driver. Product was better than expected, but I underestimated how much I would need so will place another order immediately
My review is tainted by the delivery service, I was informed when delivery could be expected. Nothing arrived. Several phone followed before my order was delivered. On the day delivery driver was polite and helpful. My timber usefully cut as requested and of good quality.
If you want to use Covers, I would recommend the Gosport branch. Very helpful (Eden) nothing too much trouble. Southampton branch however…Didn’t refund me until I told them I was waiting for a refund (2 x weeks later). Next order… Delivered the wrong length of decking after waiting a week for delivery and was told that the length that was sent was the longest they (Covers) supplied (4.2M) spoke to Gosport branch who said they go up to 5.2M. Had a builder on site to crack on with the job….He was extremely angry that his day was wasted….Re ordered the order Southampton got wrong with Gosport, Eden (Gosport) got back to me within the hour, went through my order to confirm all was correct and arranged a delivery within 3 days.

Fast delivery and a good price. The extra 20% off deal made them cheaper than anywhere else I could find on the internet including delivery fees by far. I now have a Solid wood garden corner sofa for £200

Covers had the timber at a good price for a couple of garden projects. I was contacted to confirm a suitable delivery date, and the order was received as requested. Although a small order, it was bundled to allow craning off the lorry, and placed where I wanted. Good job!

I placed an order on Sunday evening online. Received a phone call on Monday morning to arrange delivery. Delivered early afternoon on the Tuesday. A very helpful driver who placed the crane bags just where I needed them. Very competitive pricing and prompt delivery. Thank you very much to all concerned.

First time using Covers, but won’t be the last. Very easy to order online and payment process. Delivery was within timescale and on time. Ordered from web site 1 x 6metre pole. Was phoned on Friday and told may not be able to supply but will phone on Monday. Monday came, no call. Tuesday sent email to the company asking them to phone me. Still waiting! How rude is that, problem not resolved and ai have been left in limbo. I have paid for the part as well. What an awful company. Advise people not to touch them.

This was my 3rd online order with Covers, good prices and each time they have proactively contacted me to arrange delivery. Drivers are helpful when delivering bulky items and do their best to work with you. Would use Covers again for sure.
