Mandy in the commercial team was absoloutely fantastic, she couldn't find our details at first but she persisted in finding out, working with her team and she did but did it calmly, professionally. When dealing with any claim you always feel like you are being caught out but Mandy made it like we were working together to find a solution. Kudos to you.
