Courier Logistics Ltd Reviews

We have been using this service for quite some time (around 9 years) and couldn't be happier with our current driver (Daniel Flanders) who is always friendly, professional, reliable and always going above and beyond. Would recommend this service, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Dan as your driver.

Pallet Track / Courier Logistics are a fantastic courier - We've used them for a long time and they are a prime example of what a courier company should be; Easy to deal with, helpful, reliable, reasonable and great at communication. Natasha & Kimberly in particular are fantastic and we have a great working relationship with them here at Gripple.

Absolutely fantastic service, what can we say. Having used numerous services in the past we moved to Courier Logistics almost a year ago and the service is second to none! Kimberley and Natasha can never do enough which, being a small business is so important to us. The customer service is awesome and exactly how it should be done. Well done guys, you have my business forever.

Reliable service with friendly staff!

kimberly and natasha are both fantastic members of staff, chatty, helpful, and overall fantastic, as well as the service being well tracked and 99.9% on time

Mercury have used Courier Logistics for years now and they provide first class transport accross the board. There's incredible customer service from Natasha & Kim even if I start most conversations with the dreaded words "can I ask a favour. Our regular drivers Ade, Brett & Jason are all sound guys that are very patient when we have to wrap something up last minute. The Sameday team headed by Tracey, Callum and Andrew ensure that we always a van collecting withing an hour. Finally, we have a dedicated sales representative in Lois who regularly checks in to see that everything is going smoothly. I can't recomend them highly enough. Thanks for being a great partner. Josh

We have been utilising Courier Logistics for our stock overflow needs, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. The team at Courier Logistics is incredibly supportive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our requirements are met. Their flexibility in accommodating our fluctuating inventory levels has been invaluable, allowing us to manage our stock efficiently without any disruptions. Their customer service is top-notch, with prompt and helpful responses to any queries or concerns we have. The warehouse facilities are well-maintained and secure, giving us peace of mind that our stock is in good hands. Overall, we highly recommend Courier Logistics for their reliability, support, and willingness to adapt to our needs.

Our collection driver, Alan, saw we was struggling, as our wrapping machine was broken, so he came into the warehouse to support the team so that all pallets were wrapped and loaded onto our stand trailer. Excellent service from the driver.

Absolute shambles of a company, clear instructions of a 30 minute phone call before deliver so I could leave work, they call on arrival then failed the delivery, wouldn’t answer the phone, sent an email complaining to no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

the staff and service is incredible

Overall good service, but let down on occasion by drivers not following instructions and or clearly not going too or trying to get to the correct location.
