The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.

I was a bit sceptical before i joined but ive made my money back easy, the APP for your phone and their web page makes finding, quoting for and invoicing for jobs easy,

I was really happy and proud to be part of Courier Exchange, right up until somebody raised a complaint against me because the tracking said I'd taken a diversion on my route to delivering an item. The diversion was 54 miles and according to the tracking I'd covered that distance in 9 minutes! The tracking also said I was traveling at 344mph! I raised this with CX as a tracking error, I also called CX on numerous occasions and was promised every time they would call me back, needless to say I never received a single call back and CX upheld the complaint made against me! Apparently according to CX, it is more likely that I was driving at 344mph than their tracking being wrong!? It is clear that no investigation was made in to this complaint and CX just decided to favour the higher subscription fee paying shipper! The lack of support and representation I've received has totally soured my experience with the courier exchange and if support and representation is something you think is important I would avoid CX as they don't care about you once they've got your money! Needless to say I won't be renewing my subscription.

Feedback is NOT 'just as crucial ' After 6 months on cx I've received up to 71 positive feedbacks because I believe in doing a worthwhile job by being punctual and reliable,however most of the suppliers will simply take the lowest quote'we have a business to run'This leads to a lowering of driver rates thus a lowering of standards by forcing co loads in order to survive.Together with the upfront costs of cx and insurance, van maintenance costs make it difficult to stay above water despite a dedicated work ethic.My solution would be to greatly reduce the sales promotion to recruit new drivers,who,perhaps do not possess the attributes to do well and thus generate more jobs for the existing persevering drivers who have already shelled out plenty
