Feedback is NOT 'just as crucial ' After 6 months on cx I've received up to 71 positive feedbacks because I believe in doing a worthwhile job by being punctual and reliable,however most of the suppliers will simply take the lowest quote'we have a business to run'This leads to a lowering of driver rates thus a lowering of standards by forcing co loads in order to survive.Together with the upfront costs of cx and insurance, van maintenance costs make it difficult to stay above water despite a dedicated work ethic.My solution would be to greatly reduce the sales promotion to recruit new drivers,who,perhaps do not possess the attributes to do well and thus generate more jobs for the existing persevering drivers who have already shelled out plenty
