The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.

I've been on the courier exchange for over 10years and it has evolved postively over the years. User friendly app and web page and the availability of loads on the site is second to none. Where there are technical issues (which are seldom), they are resolved quite quickly.

The Courier Exchange has helped JP transport York courier service expand its business exponentially. The support team are always at the end of the phone or ready to respond to an email. The platform itself is exactly what you expect there are jobs posted live every day which you can make a decent living from it’s very much a case of the harder you work the more you get back as well as the harder you work the luckier you get. You won’t possibly understand that previous comment until you join however I have found many drivers talking of getting paid different rates some good some just okay but if you are able to build a relationship up with one of the shippers through the CX you will utilise the app to its full potential and start to see the increase in revenue to your company. There are many things the CX are working on daily to get better at and they constantly take feedback on board to improve their service to the individual Courier.

I can honestly that the Courier Exchange has made a big impact on the efficiency of our business and definitely increased our revenue by 50%; especially considering the initial start up fee incurred, which we recouped within the first month!!!

I've been on the Courier exchange for 6 months now and I'm happy with the amount of work that I can get from it. The only problem i have is that some companies are charging their customers very high rates but are not passing these on to drivers.
